14.3 Any staff member covered by this Agreement shall receive the rate of remuneration corresponding to his or her occupational classification on the basis of a correct evaluation of the posts. 14.4 If it is found that an employee has been misvalued or misplaced in a pay chart or point, the service and the Fair Wages Commission shall immediately remedy this error and pay all arrears due to the worker. 14.5 If the nature of the existing position is significantly altered by the fact that the old salary is not appropriate, the service and wage commissions, on the one hand, and the trade union, on the other hand, shall meet to agree, on the basis of a reassessment of the work, on a new salary corresponding to the new employment or the change in the place of work. . . .
